Returns + Exchanges
All returned items must be unused, unopened and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging included. You are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
All International returns are responsible for covering costs for return shipping. Please send an email or DM if you have any questions.
For hygienic reasons, underwear is considered final sale.
Unless the return is due to an error on our behalf, you must wear the cost of shipping the returned package.
As soon as we have received the returned package at our warehouse we will refund your order. It usually takes around 1-7 business days for the payment to be visible on your account.

Claims
We guarantee that the goods you receive are flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us via email as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the fault with a photo showing the fault. We will get back to you with information on how to proceed with the claim.
